Send Us Your Hearing Information
If you would like your hearing aids programmed before shipping, simply send us:
• A copy of your audiogram (hearing test results)
• A photo of your ear from the side with a ruler next to it
The photo helps us choose the correct size and fit for your ears.
No Audiogram? No Problem.
If you do not have an audiogram, you can easily complete an online hearing test from home. We use the results as a starting point when selecting and programming your hearing aids.
Once your hearing aids arrive, we perform a complete in situ hearing test directly through the devices while they are in your ears. This allows us to fine tune the settings based on your individual hearing needs and provide the best possible sound quality.
