Start by selecting your hearing aids in our webshop. You can browse at your own pace — and if you’d like guidance, just contact us. We’re happy to help.
If you want your hearing aids programmed before shipping, simply send us:

A copy of your audiogram (hearing test results)

A photo of your ear from the side, with a ruler next to it
The photo helps us select the correct size and fit.
Don’t have an audiogram?
No problem. You can easily take an online hearing test. We use the results as a foundation for selecting and initially programming your hearing aids.
When your hearing aids arrive, we then perform a complete in-situ hearing test through the devices themselves. This allows us to fine-tune them directly in your ears for maximum precision.

2. Delivery & Personal Support
When your hearing aids arrive, you’re not on your own.
If you’d like, we can schedule a Zoom call or video meeting to help you get started. We guide you through setup, handling, and daily use so you feel confident right away.
After you’ve used them for a while, we offer fine-tuning adjustments if needed. This is optional — and completely free.
Everything that can be done during an in-clinic visit can also be done remotely. Adjustments and fine-tuning are performed through the smartphone app, wherever you are.
